A new Grinder control system with Allen Bradley PLC, Powerflex Drives and crowner was installed. Ethernet IO was used to simplify all wiring and minimize the power track cable.  Check out the before and after pictures.

New RGB crowner installed at RPRC in Melbourne Australia. Thanks to Jayson. Here he is learning the new RGB Crowner with bed correction.

A 60 inch Farrel Roll Grinder  was moved to  Turkey. This included a new Wonderware upgrade and complete conversion to metric.

Eregli is a historic city in Turkey named for Hercules. Thanks to the engineers and operators for their friendship and assistance.

A new PLC installed on a dielectric filter. GE Proficy Machine edition  was used for programming.

New RGB crowner installed in China. A toast to my new friends that made it all happen.
